After almost 3 years, I have finally graduated from the call center industry. It was definitely an awesome experience. One that will forever leave a imprint in my being.
Apart from improving my communications skills by heaps, the call center industry also taught me to become tactful, assertive, objective, patient, discipline, to name a few.
